Terms of Sale

1. Who you are buying from

SBC One Click is sold and supported by Yang Zhao, trading as SBC One Click, a sole trader at 136 Artisan Point, London, W3 6RB, United Kingdom. Contact: sbconeclick.support@gmail.com. These terms form the contract between you and the seller. Google, the Chrome Web Store and Electronic Arts Inc. are not parties to it, do not sell the licence and do not provide support for it.

Transactions use Stripe Managed Payments. Sold through Link, LLC acts as merchant of record for the transaction and handles indirect tax, fraud, disputes and transaction-level support; Yang Zhao remains the seller and provider of the product and its product support. Checkout and the receipt identify the transaction as “Sold through Link”. We never receive your full card details. See how Stripe Managed Payments works and the Stripe Privacy Center.

2. What is being sold

A licence key that unlocks unlimited successful squad generations in the SBC One Click browser extension on up to two active devices at a time. The free tier, which allows ten successful generations per UTC day, needs no purchase and is not part of this contract.

SBC One Click is an unofficial, independent tool. It reads the club and challenge data already visible in your own session, solves locally in your browser, and fills a proposed squad for you to review. It never submits a challenge, buys a player, or acts on your EA account without you. It is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Electronic Arts Inc.

The licence is personal and non-transferable. You may not resell it, publish it, share it publicly, or use it to provide a paid service to others. You may not circumvent the device limit or the licensing service.

3. Prices, currency and tax

Pro Monthly is USD 2.99 per month. Pro Annual is USD 24.99 per year. Ultra is a one-time payment of USD 39.99. These listed prices are in US dollars before any applicable sales tax. Stripe Managed Payments calculates any tax for your location and shows the final total on the Checkout page before you pay. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency-conversion or foreign-transaction charge, which we do not receive and cannot refund.

The price and billing period displayed on the Stripe checkout page at the moment you pay is the price of your contract. We may change published prices at any time; a change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

4. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Pro Monthly and Pro Annual renew automatically at the then-current price at the end of each billing period, using the payment method you saved, until you cancel. Ultra is a single payment and never renews.

You can cancel a renewal at any time on the licence management page, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; access continues until that date and no further payment is taken. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for a limited period. Access continues during those retries and ends if the subscription is finally cancelled for non-payment.

5. Delivery and your consent to immediate supply

The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms your payment. Your licence key is generated immediately and shown once on the confirmation page, from which you can copy or download it. The key remains retrievable from that payment link for 24 hours and is not stored in a form we can read afterwards, so you must save it.

Before paying, you must tick the box confirming that you request immediate supply of the digital licence and that you acknowledge you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel. We record the version of these terms and the time of that confirmation with the payment. This reflects regulation 37(1) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and, for EU consumers, Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. If you do not give that consent, we cannot supply the licence immediately and you should not complete the purchase.

Losing the 14-day withdrawal right does not affect your other statutory rights, including the right to a remedy if the software is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

6. Lost licence keys

Licence keys are stored only as a one-way hash, so we cannot look yours up and resend it. If you lose it, we verify your purchase and issue a replacement key, after which the old key stops working. See Recover a lost licence key. We may decline or delay a replacement where ownership of the purchase cannot be established, or where the pattern of requests suggests sharing or abuse.

7. Compatibility and availability

SBC One Click depends on the EA SPORTS FC Web App, which is operated by a third party and can change or become unavailable without notice, and on browser-extension platforms whose rules can change. We aim to restore compatibility promptly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, and no solution produced by the solver is guaranteed to be optimal.

Ultra includes future EA SPORTS FC Web App compatibility updates at no additional licence fee, for as long as such integration remains technically and lawfully possible. It is not a promise that the EA SPORTS FC Web App or the extension will exist indefinitely. If the product becomes permanently unusable, the Cancellation and Refund Policy sets out what we do.

Recommended environment: a current desktop version of Google Chrome or another Chromium browser signed in to the EA SPORTS FC Web App. The mobile companion app is not supported.

8. Suspension, revocation and termination

We may suspend or revoke a licence, with a refund only where one is due under the Cancellation and Refund Policy, if the payment is reversed or charged back, if the key is shared or resold, if the device limit or licensing service is circumvented, or if the licence is used unlawfully. Refunding a purchase revokes the licence issued for it. Ending a subscription ends access at the end of the paid period, but the extension continues to work on the free tier.

9. Liability

We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to your statutory rights as a consumer, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for in-game losses such as consumed, transferred or discarded items, missed challenge deadlines or lost in-game currency, since every squad is submitted by you in the EA interface after your own review. Nothing in these terms affects the EA terms that govern your use of their services.

10. Changes to these terms

The version of these terms you accepted at checkout governs your purchase. We may publish revised terms for future purchases and renewals; where a change materially affects a running subscription we will give notice before the next renewal so you can cancel first. Each version is dated and its version identifier is recorded with the payment.

11. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not prevent you bringing a claim in a court available to you under mandatory consumer law or deprive you of the mandatory protection of your country of residence.

Please email sbconeclick.support@gmail.com first: most problems are resolved faster that way than through a chargeback, and a chargeback revokes the licence automatically.
